• Complete address data including various telephone numbers, passport, type of guest etc.

• Automatic country code look-up.

• 2nd nationality, different credit cards, non smoker, vegetarian, VIP code, rack colour code, black list and up to 10 different guest codes (swimmer, tennis, golf, chess, winter guest, etc.).

• Company data including company name, department, secretary, different telephone numbers and contacts.

• Private comments, business comments and comments for each stay.
